摘要
目的研究2种根管封闭剂对2种纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法将96颗离体上颌中切牙按照封闭剂的不同和纤维桩的不同分为四组,每组24颗:Ⅰ组采用Guttaflow封闭剂和Rebilda Post纤维桩充填;Ⅱ组采用Guttaflow封闭剂和MacrolockTM Post纤维桩充填;Ⅲ组采用Cortisomol糊剂和Rebilda Post纤维桩充填;Ⅳ组采用Cortisomol糊剂和MacrolockTM Post纤维桩充填。采用微推出实验方法测定各组样品剪切粘接强度,并观察其粘接界面断裂情况。结果Ⅱ组平均剪切粘接强度大于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组,后两组平均剪切粘接强度大于Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组以混合型断裂情况发生为主,在粘接界面断裂方面比较,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用不同的封闭剂对纤维桩在不同根管深度的粘接强度有影响,采用Guttaflow封闭剂和MacrolockTM Post纤维桩充填方式剪切粘接强度最大,采用Cortisomol糊剂和Rebilda Post纤维桩充填方式剪切粘接强度最小。
Objective To study the clinical effects of two endodontic sealers on the bond strength of two fiber posts. Methods Ninty-six crownless human maxillary central incisors were randomly divided into 4 groups with 24 in each, according to different kinds of endodontic sealers and fiber posts:group I :Guttaflow sealer +Rebilda Post fiber post; group Ⅱ :Guttaflow sealer + MacrolockTM Post fiber post;group Ⅲ :Cortisomol sealer + Rebilda Post fiber post;group Ⅳ:Cortisomol sealer +MacrolockTM Post fiber post. The bond strengths among 4 groups were examined by a thin-slice push-out test one week after fiber posts bonded, and the bonding interface fracture of the four groups were observed. Results The bond strengths in group Ⅱwas higher than those in group Ⅰand group IV, the bond strengths in the latter two groups were higher than that in group Ⅲ (P〈0.05), but there was no difference in the bond strengths between group Ⅰ and groupⅣ (P〉0.05) ; The mixed fracture happened mainly among the four groups, the differences were statistically significant in the bonding interface fracture of 4 groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The different endodontic sealers have effects on the bond strength of fiber posts in different depth of the root canal.
