摘要
新型农村社区建设是推进城乡一体化发展、实现城乡公共服务均等化的重要举措。青岛市新型农村社区服务体系网络已基本建成,社区治理水平显著提高,群众满意度不断提升,但目前在社区规划、社区服务中心建设等方面还存在不少问题。今后要从社区规划、经费投入、人才培养和多元治理主体培育等多方面协调推进,推动青岛市新型农村社区建设迈上新台阶。
New country community construction is an important measure to push the integration of urban and rural and the equalization of public services. The new country community service system has been constructed broadly. The community governance level has been improved significantly. The mass satisfaction has been increased continuously. But there are still many problems in the community planning, construction of community service center, etc. We should advance the new community con- struction from the aspects of community planning, fund investment, personnel training and plural subjects cultivation in coordinated ways in order to push the new country community construction to a new step.
