摘要
本实验采用琼脂扩散法,比较分析了109株草鱼源维氏气单胞菌对25种抗生素的耐药情况。结果表明,89%以上的维氏气单胞菌分离株对青霉素和新生霉素产生高度耐药,70%以上的菌株对麦迪霉素、吉他霉素和克拉霉素不敏感,而菌株对强力霉素、诺氟沙星和链霉素敏感性较好,超过80%以上的菌株对氟苯尼考、阿齐霉素、环丙沙星和甲砜霉素表现敏感或高度敏感。
Basing on the agar diffusion method, the resistance of 109 Aeromonas veronii isolated from Ctenopharyngodon idellus to twenty five antibiotics was analyzed. As the result showed, over 89 percent A. veronii isolations were resistant to Penicillin and Novobiocin. Also over 70 percent A. veronii isolations were insensitive to Midecamycin, Kitasamycin and Clarithromycin. However, many A. veronii isolations were well sensitive to Tetracycline, Norfloxacin and Streptomycin. Over 80 percent of A. veronii isolations were sensitive and hypersensitive to Florfenicol, Azithromycin, and Norfloxacin Ciprofloxacin Thiamphenicol.
