摘要
从荆州市8家猪场的排污沟采样100份,通过分离培养、染色镜检及生化鉴定,得到90株大肠杆菌菌株。对其进行药敏试验,试验结果表明大肠杆菌已经广泛存在耐药性,其中卡那霉素、庆大霉素、氨苄青霉素、青霉素、氯霉素、四环素、麦迪霉素和强力霉素的耐药率分别为54.44%、57.78%、66.67%、100.00%、53.33%、55.56%、41.11%和45.56%,其余的均在16%以上。试验表明所采样的猪场排污沟中的大肠杆菌耐药性广泛并具有多重耐药性,为今后生产上合理使用药物提供了理论依据。
90 E. coli colonies were obtained by separating, culturing, staining, microscopic exam and biochemical test from 100 samples which gathering from the pollution discharge ditch of 8 pig farms in Jingzhou. The results of antibiotics susceptibility test showed that the isolated E. coli had widespread antibiotic-resistant abilities, including kanamycin, gentamicin, ampicillin, penicillin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, midecamycin and doxycycline,their resistance rates were 54.44% , 57.78%, 66.67%, 100.00%, 53.33%, 55.56%, 41.11% and 45.56% respectively, and the rest over 16%. The results has provided the theory basis that the antibiotics might be used reasonably in produce.
