摘要
本研究对采后草莓利用0.035 mm厚的PE保鲜袋进行包装并贮藏于0℃条件下,研究了不同体积分数的O_2、CO_2、和N_2的MAP包装方式对草莓贮藏效果的影响,结果表明,与其他MAP包装方式相比,F2处理(将草莓装入0.035 mm厚的PE保鲜袋中,抽真空,充入5%O_2+10%CO_2+85%N_2,封口)可以明显抑制草莓的呼吸作用,减缓了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的下降,维持了较高的过氧化物酶(POD)活性,抑制了丙二醛(MDA)含量的积累,降低了膜脂过氧化程度,保持了草莓的原有品质。
In order to study the effects of different volume fraction of O2, CO2 and N2 of MAP packing methods on preservation of strawberry, the strawberries were treated by different MAP treatments ( packaging with the 0. 035 mm PE film and non - gas loading, charging 10%O2 + 5% CO2 + 85% N2, 5% O2 + 10% CO2 + 85% N2 and 5% O2 + 5% CO2 + 90% N2 after vacuum pumping respectively) and stored at 0 ℃ and 85 % - 95 % relative humidity. The results showed that, compared with other MAP packaging methods ,the treatment of packaging with 0. 035 mm PE film and charging 5% O2 + 10% CO2 + 85% N2 after vacuum pumping could reduce the respiratory rate of strawberry, inhibit the activity of SOD, maintain the higher activity of POD, slow down the content of MDA, keep the good quality of strawberry fruit, and the strawberry fruit could keep freshness.
