摘要
真因验证是品管圈的关键环节,决定着医院品管圈活动的最终成效。通对清华大学医院管理研究院、中国医院品管圈联盟案例库中赛前期品管圈案例和两届"全国医院品管圈大赛"参赛案例的研究,分析目前我国医院品管圈在真因验证中存在的特性要因图的应用不规范、真因验证的缺失或不规范、查检表设计不规范等问题,并提出规范品管圈培训、建立品管圈开放模式等改善建议。
Real cause verification is the key procedure for quality control circle which determines the ultimate effectiveness of hospital QCC activities. By studying cases from China Federation for Hospital Quality Control Circle, this paper analyze problems which can described as denormalized cause and effect diagram, lack of real cause verification and incomplete of check list of real cause verification in hospital QCC of China are analyzed. Suggestions such as normalizing QCC training, establishing quality circles open mode for improvement are presented.
