摘要
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为偶联剂,将三乙胺盐酸盐键合到硅胶上,制得了一种新型的强阴离子交换填料。通过FTIR红外光谱表征制备的季铵基硅烷与强阴离子交换(SAX)填料的基团,元素分析及失重法定量的测定SAX填料的交换容量为0.600meq/g,以苯甲酸为模型化合物对填料的吸附条件及性能进行考察,通过Langmuir等温吸附曲线拟合,计算得最大吸附量为0.140meq/g。
Triethylamine hydrochloride was bonded onto silicon, and a novel strong anion exchange support(SAX) was prepared with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy silane as the coupling agent. The quaternary ammonium group of the SAX support was characterized by FTIR method. The exchange capacity of SAX was 0. 600meq/g,that was measured by elemental analysis and weight-loss method. Benzoic acid was used as model compound to investigate the adsorption conditions and properties on the support, the maximum absorption of which was 0. 140meq/g through Langmuir adsorption isothermal curve.
