摘要
教学评价与管理是教育生态系统的重要单元。其阐述了教育评价与管理、数字化教学的内涵。按照生态学适应性、多样性、平衡性、动力性、共同演进性的原则,梳理了由学生成长、教师专业发展、课程发展、高校建设、技术进步等生态因子所构成的课堂、学校、社会生态系统与教学评价的相互关系。本文从学习评价理论与技术的更新与融合,理念与方法的创新及转变,教学管理与学习支持服务体系的革新和改进等三个方面,探讨了应用型本科教学评价与管理改革的实现路径。教育实践表明,应用型本科的教学评价既要致力于为学生提供个性化教学服务,同时要竭力减轻教师的工作负担,融合"教学创新智慧"、"学习智慧"、"IT智慧"、"商业智慧",最终生成高效、智能、生态、富有生命活力的多元化教学评价和管理体系。
Teaching evaluation and management is an important unit of educational ecosystem. The educa- tional ecosystem elaborates the connotation of educational evaluation and management, digital teaching, and it according to the principle of ecological adaptability, diversity, balance dynamics, and co-evolution, combs the correlation between teaching evaluation and classroom, school, social ecological system which are constructed by students growth, teachers professional development, curriculum development, university con- struction, technical progress and so on ecological factors. By studying the renewal and integration of learn- ing evaluation theory and technology, the reformation and transformation of learning evaluation concept and method, innovation and improvement of learning support service system, this paper discusses the implemen- tation path of teaching evaluation and management innovation of application-oriented undergraduates. Edu- cational practice shows that the teaching evaluation of application-oriented undergraduates should both com- mit to providing personalized teaching service for students, also try to reduce the burden on teachers, fuse "wisdom of teaching innovation", "wisdom of learning", "wisdom of information technology", "wisdom of business", and ultimately generate diversified teaching evaluation and management system which is effi- cient, intelligent, ecological and full of vitality.
