摘要
目的探讨CT诊断冠心病引起脑组织病变的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月我院收治的400例冠心病引起的脑梗死患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT与MRI检查(核磁共振检查),并分析对比两种检查方法的检出率及检出时间。结果 CT影像扫描共检测出脑梗病例304例,检出率76.0%,梗死病灶总数603个;MRI共检测出脑梗病例359例,检出率89.8%,检查显示梗死病灶总数750个。MRI检出率高于CT影像检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI扫描检出时间为(12.2±3.7)min,CT影像扫描检出时间为(8.1±2.4)min,CT影像扫描检出时间明显短于MRI扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虽然CT影像检查诊断脑梗死的精准率不及MRI检查,但CT检查具有扫描快速、价格低廉、应用普遍、禁忌证少等优点,因此仍然具有较高的临床应用价值,对于冠心病并发脑梗死症状可以采取CT影像检查与MRI检查相互辅助进行临床诊断。
Objective To explore the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of brain tissue lesions caused by coronary heart disease. Methods 400 patients with cerebral infarction caused by coronary heart disease from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as study subjects. All patients underwent CT and MRI(magnetic resonance examination), and the detection rate and detection time of the two methods was analyzed and compared. Results A total of 304 cases of cerebral infarction were detected by CT imaging, with the detection rate of 76.0%, and the total number of infarct lesions was 603. 359 cases of cerebral infarction were detected by MRI, with the detection rate of 89.8%, and the ex- amination result showed that the total number of infarct lesions was 750. The detection rate by the MRI was signifi- candy higher than that of the CT imaging. And the difference was significant(P〈0.05). The detection time of MRI scan- ning was(12.2±3.7) min. And the detection time of CT imaging was(8.1±2.4) min, significantly shorter than that of the MRI, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Although the precise rate of CT imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction is less than that of MRI, CT imaging has the advantages of rapid scanning, low cost, widespread application and few contraindieations. Therefore, CT imaging still has high clinical value.Infarction symp- toms can be taken with CT imaging and MRI examination of mutual support for clinical diagnosis. For coronary heart disease complieated with cerebral infarction symptoms,the mutual support of CT imaging and MRI examination can be taken for clinical diagnosis.
