摘要
为进一步提升水库的安全系数,分析了传统安全生产管理制度的弊端,并提出了基于风险知识库的安全生产管理机制。通过参考大量文献的方式,对水库常见的风险事故和原因进行了信息统计与整理,建立了水库的风险知识库,并在该基础上提出了对应的安全生产管理措施。较之传统安全生产管理机制,该管理体系下,解决风险的目的性更强,管理者的责任更加明确,各项措施的落实也更加到位,有效地提升了工程的安全性。
In order to further improve the safety factor of reservoir,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional safety production management system,and puts forward the safety ,production management mechanism based on risk knowledge base.Through lots of literatures,the reservoir risk accidents and the common causes of information statistics and sorting,establish the risk know/edge base of the reservoir,and puts forward the corresponding measures of safety production management on the basis of.Compared with the traditional safety management mechanism,the management system,to solve more risk,management responsibilities more clearly,the implementation of the measures are more in place,effectively improve the safety of the project.
