基于广义线性模型评估蛋鸡蛋黄颜色遗传力的研究 被引量:4

Heritability Analysis on Yolk Colour of Laying Chicken Estimated with Generalized Linear Model

摘要 研究以logit连接函数结合广义线性混合模型分析蛋鸡蛋黄颜色遗传力。试验素材来自纯系黑羽绿壳蛋鸡与白莱航鸡分离群体,包括亲代、F_1代和F_2代总计2 255只母鸡,每一世代40周龄期间测定蛋品质,以ASReml软件进行方差组分剖析。结果表明:品种、世代和正反交效应对蛋黄颜色有重要影响,将其列入固定效应;蛋黄颜色性状并非正态分布,应用logit连接函数进行数据转换;未经logit连接函数处理蛋黄颜色遗传力为0.14±0.04,连接函数处理后蛋黄颜色遗传力为0.17±0.03。说明蛋黄颜色的遗传力较低,常规育种手段遗传改良的进展较慢。 This study was to estimate heritability on yolk colour (YR) of laying chicken with Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and logit link function. The animals were composed of 2 255 hens including the parent, FL and F2 flocks from a resource population, which crossbred between pure black-feather and blue-eggshell chicken and white Leghorn. The original data set was collected at 40 weeks of age. (Co) variance components were estimated with ASReml software. The results showed as follows:Factors of breeds, generations and reciprocal cross effects should be included in the fix effects because of their important role in yolk colour variations; Data were transformed with logit link function since they were not standard normal distribution;For resource population,heritability with original data set was 0.14±0.04; Accordingly,heritability treated with logit function reached 0.17±0.03. Since the heritability on yolk colour was low, advances in genetic improvement of conventional breeding methods in laying chicken was slow.
