摘要
针对儿童家具存在的设计缺陷与质量问题,提出儿童家具的柔性制造,通过柔性化设计、柔性化生产以及信息化管理来克服儿童家具功能、款式、质量的需求对生产带来的影响,降低生产成本、缩短研发周期,有助于企业快速响应市场,生产出真正适合儿童的家具,为其营造一个良好的成长环境。
According to the rlesign defects and quality problems of children's furniture,authors of this essay propose flexible manufacturing for it,which can overcome the influence of children's furniture function,style,quality demand on production by flexible design,flexible production and information management,it can reduce the production cost,and shorten the development cycle,which can help enterprises for fast responding market,and produce the suitable furniture for children,give them a good environment for growth.
