摘要
作为一项高新技术,多工位级进模的运用越来越广泛,设计方面一般包括运动设计、结构设计、精度设计和强度设计4个方面,而"成形"与"精度"是该类模具制造的两个重点,模具的设计精度决定着模具的加工精度,模具的加工精度又直接影响着制件的质量、成本和生产效率,因而对加工制造精度的严格控制已成为模具加工的核心关键问题。
