摘要
通过对比亚迪F3熔断器盒体用保险插片的冲压工艺分析,把高速级进模、普通级进模和普通压接模的设计连贯起来考虑进行模具设计。阐述了接插件端子模具的舌头成形方法、半卷圆的设计思路、无接刀痕的设计技巧。
By analysis of the night-insert of fuse-box of F3,considering the combination of mixed-products functions in the design of die,the design of high-speed punching,common punching and common compressing punching die has been integrated.The tongue-shaped method of terminal has been expounded.The design idea of half-circle with non lapping defect has been put forward.
