3D printing technology in the surgical treatment of complex fracture application value

摘要 随着科学技术的进步,3D技术在医学领域的应用价值备受关注,特别是在骨科领域,但目前的3D技术运用主要在各种复杂骨科手术前使用,少量研究是在骨缺损治疗中使用3D复制材料,而在术中的3D技术的使用研究甚少,如可否有3D打印骨折内固定材料(该材料拥有生物降解能力并拥有近乎完美的生物力学特性),这即可促进骨折愈合又可减少患者二次手术的痛苦。笔者就近些年来国内外学者对于研究3D打印技术在复杂骨折中的应用价值探索作一综述,并对该技术在未来骨科手术中的发展趋势提出展望。 With the progress of science technology, the 3 D technology has raised comprehensive at- tention for its application value in medical field, especially in the orthopedic field. It has been mainly used before complicated orthopedic surgeries, and several studies have focused on 3D duplicated materials used in the treatment of bone defect. However, there are seldom studies about the 3D technology used during surgeries, such as whether it is possible to 3D print internal fixation materials of bone fracture (the materials have biodegradability and excellent biomechanieal characteristics) , which can not only promote the healing of fracture, but also reduce the pain of second surgery for the patient. This paper reviews and the exploration of foreign and domestic scholars about the application value of 3D printing technology used in complicated bone fracture, and proposes a forecast to the developing trend of the technology used in future orthopedic surgeries.
