摘要
目的研究在个人计算机上对胫骨平台复杂骨折CT数据进行三维实体模型建立的可行性及其意义。方法将5例胫骨平台复杂骨折CT扫描原始数据导入Mimics软件中,对胫骨平台复杂骨折进行三维实体模型建立。结果5例胫骨平台复杂骨折均成功建立三维实体模型。结论三维实体模型的建立对胫骨平台复杂骨折的诊疗及进一步研究具有较大的价值。
Objective To explore the ,feasibility and significance in the establishment of a three-dimensional solid model of complex tibial plateau fracture based on CT scanning data by using PC. Methods A three-dimensional solid model was established for complex tibial plateau fracture. The CT scanning data of complex tibia] plateau fracture were input into Mimics software for the establishment of a three-dimensional solid model, Results The successful establishment of three-dimensional solid models was performed in 5 eases of complex tibial plateau fracture. Conclusion The establishment of a three-dimensional solid model of complex tibial plateau fracture is feasible and of great clinical significance.
