摘要
目的探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学及病理学特点与诊治方法。方法回顾性分析50例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习,分析其特点。结果 50例患者均经手术切除肿瘤,并经病理检查证实为肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤,随访6~66个月未见复发。结论肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤术前诊断主要依据超声、CT和MRI等影像学检查,确诊需经病理学检查证实。对于无明显症状、肿瘤体积较小的肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者,短期内可随访观察,但手术切除仍是其最有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, laboratory tests, imaging, pathological features and treatment of adrenal myeloliporqa. Methods Retrospectively analyze the medical records of 50 cases of adrenal myelolipoma. Combined with literatures review, related the records of the clinical data were analyzed. Results Tumor resection was undertaken in all of the 50 cases and the diagnoses were confirmed by pathological examination. All of the 50 patients were free of tumor recurrence in the period of following-up. Conclusions The preoperative diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma mainly depends on imageological technique, such as＇ultrasound, CT, and MRI. Definite diagnosis should be confirmed by pathological examination. For those with no obvious symptoms and mirror volume tumors, short-term follow-up are recommended. However, tumor resection is still the most effective treatment with good prognosis for adrenal myelolipoma.
