摘要
目的分析10例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT表现,加深对其认识。方法收集10例临床及病理证实的肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤,回顾性分析其CT表现。结果本组10例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤,均为单侧发病,呈圆形或类圆形,边界光整。其中以脂肪为主7例,以软组织为主3例。增强后所有病例软组织成分均轻至中度强化,脂肪成分均无强化。结论CT对肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤具有重要诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the CT appearances of adrenal myelolipoma in order to get a better understanding of the disease. Methods CT findings in 10 patents with clinically and pathologically proved adrenal myelolipoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 10 cases, occurred unilaterally, showed sharp margin with round or oval shape. Among them, tumor with fat dominating occurred in 7 cases and soft tissue dominating in 3 cases. Mild-to-moderate enhancement after administration of contrast medium appeared in soft tissue in all tumors, no enhancement showed in fat tissue. Conclusion CT is of great value in diagnosing adrenal myelolipoma.
