摘要
依据尾煤泥的特性,通过性能分析、科技开发等手段,完成滚筒干燥机入料、出料、内部结构的优化,同时配置相应的干燥设备,得到了针对尾煤泥低成本、高效率的干燥过程;将改进后的尾煤泥干燥技术及其设备应用于冯家塔煤矿后,在相应的机械、电气成本投资未增加的前提下,使得同型号的干燥系统处理量相比之前增大30%,为节能环保和经济增长方面做出了突出贡献。
According to the characteristics of coal slime, through performance analysis, the development of science and technology and other means to complete the drum dryer feeding, discharging, optimizing the internal structure of the drying equipment, at the same time, configure the corresponding drying equipment, obtained for coal slime drying process with low cost and high efficiency; the improved coal slime drying technology and equipment used in Fengjiata coal mine, the corresponding mechanical and electrical cost investment premise has no increased by the same type of drying system throughput compared to the previous 30% increase, make the outstanding contributions to energy conservation and environmental protection and economic growth.
