摘要
针对目前矿用防爆柴油机尾气中CO、HC排量高,严重危害矿下工作人员身体健康的现状。为此,我们利用柴油氧化催化剂(DOC)成功研发了一种适于矿用防爆柴油机的DOC减排装置,该装置对尾气中CO的转化率高达95%以上,HC的转化率也高达80%以上,且使用寿命长,具有很好的经济环保价值,适于在矿用防爆柴油机车上推广使用。
In view of the present mine flameproof diesel engine exhaust gas of high capacity CO and HC, Serious damage to the workers health status under mine.To do this,We use diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) successfully developed a suitable for DOC of mine flameproof diesel engine emission reduction device,The device conversion rate for the gas of CO is as high as 95% above, HC conversion rate is as high as 80% above, and long service life, has the very good economic and environmental value, suitable for use in mine flameproof diesel engine vehicle.
