摘要
设计了一种可以打印彩色三维模型的3D打印机。传统FDM型桌面3D打印机只能打印单色,因此在开源FDM型3D打印机的基础上重新设计组合了打印机的机械结构和电气控制系统来实现打印材料的混合,借助Bresenham直线算法设计了彩色打印机的控制软件,并增加了Gcode指令。实验结果表明,这种设计可以保证打印不同颜色的3D模型,并且与原来相同类型的单色3D打印机相比,提高了打印速度。
A type of 3D printer for colored three-dimensional models is designed in this paper. Compared with traditional FDM desktop 3D printers which could only make monochromatic models, this newly designed 3D printer can mix the printed materials on the basis of redesigning the mechanical structure and electric control system of open-source 3D printers. In addition, Bresenham's line algorithm and Gcode directions have also been adopted to design a control system for colored printers. The experiment results show that this type of 3D printers can make 3D models in various colors and increase the print speed compared with previous monochrome 3D printers of the same type.
