摘要
介绍熔融沉积快速成型系统的特点及所用喷头的工作原理,分析比较柱塞式喷头、螺杆式喷头和螺杆式挤出塑化双喷头的特点,并介绍国内外熔融沉积快速成型设备的应用现状及研究进展,提出了开发双喷头的难点所在。
The characteristics of fused deposition modeling system and the working principles of its spray head are introduced in detail. The characteristics of plunger type heads, and spray heads and double spray heads which have screws are compared. The applieation and research status of fused deposition modeling at home and broad are presented. At last the difficulties on the development of double spray heads are put forward .
