摘要
氢气是多晶硅生产中的主要原料,其消耗量直接影响多晶硅生产成本。本文对多晶硅生产过程中氢气用点逐一进行分析、探讨,并提出相应的优化措施,以有效降低氢气的消耗量,进而降低多晶硅生产成本。
Hydrogen is the main raw material in the process of polysilicon production,and thus the amount of hydrogen will directly affect the cost of polysilicon products. According to the analysis on the hydrogen consumption points one by one,some optimization solutions are proposed in order to reduce the hydrogen consumption and then decrease the cost of polysilicon products.
