摘要
近年来,随着我国高校改革的不断深入,高校辅导员制度也取得了长足的发展,"专业化"的方向已经得到普遍认可并在绝大多数高校以不同形式加以推进。但在实践层面,辅导员定位模糊、职责泛化的痼疾仍没有得到根本解决,严重影响了辅导员的专业化进程。通过解构工作职责、明确职业定位,对辅导员队伍进行模块划分,并由此提出一系列与职责模块化思路相配套的选拔激励之办法。
In recent years, with the deepening of education reforms in universities and colleges, the regulation of college counselors also achieved great development while the orientation of professionalization has got general recognition and been promoted in different ways in most universities and colleges. However, at a practical level, the obstinate problems of college counselors' vague positioning and responsibility generalization is not rooted out, which severely impacts the process of college counselors' professionalization. This paper aims at dividing counselors' team via different modules by deconstructing job responsibility and defining career orientation, for which it presents a series of selection and motivation methods complying with the notion of responsibility modularity.
