摘要
高校辅导员承担着对大学生教育、管理和服务的重要职责,对促进学生的全面发展起着至关重要的作用。辅导员队伍建设的好坏事关国家的未来、大学生的成长乃至学校的发展和稳定。当前辅导员工作因责任大、风险高、地位低、待遇差,使得辅导员队伍不稳定、数量严重不足。充分认识高校辅导员工作的战略意义,了解辅导员队伍建设面临的困境,探索新时期辅导员队伍建设的对策,对调动辅导员工作的积极性、保障辅导员队伍的稳定,有十分重要的意义,也是新时期提高大学生思想教育和管理水平的必然要求。
College counselors have important duties including educating, managing and serving college students, which are crucial in promoting college students＇ all-around development. Construction on college counselors5 team determines the future of the nation, the growth of college students, and even tiie development and stability of colleges. Due to high responsibility and risk, as well as low status and pay, at present college counselors＇ team is not stable and under-resourced. The authors think that colleges should fully understand the strategic significance of college counselors＇ work, know the plight in college counselors＇ team construction and explore the countermeasures in the new environment. These are important for enhancing college counselors5 morale and ensuring the team＇s stability and are also essential for improving ideological education as well as management on college students under new environment.
