摘要
对地铁驱动齿轮渗碳淬火后的畸变及性能进行了研究。结果表明:经合适的渗碳淬火工艺处理后,齿轮有效硬化层深1.60 mm,表面硬度58.0~59.0 HRC,心部硬度39.0~40.5 HRC,均较好地满足技术要求。采用专用工装夹具及合理的装夹方式,可有效控制齿轮的畸变,保证产品的稳定性。
Distortion and properties of subway drive gear were studied after carburizing and quenching. The results show that the effective hardening layer is 1. 60 mm,the surface hardness is 58. 0-59. 0 HRC and the core hardness is 39. 0-40. 5 HRC after the suitable process of carburizing and quenching,which can better satisfy the technical requirements. The distortion of the gear is effectively controlled and the stability of the product is guaranteed by adopting appropriative frock clamp and modified clamping.
