摘要
能力验证是认可机构、监督管理机构以及实验室客户等评定实验室能力及监视实验室持续能力的重要技术手段。为验证水中总磷检测数据的可靠性,环境保护部标样研究所组织240家实验室,随机分两组。对其进行了检测验证。每个实验室检测结果的评价主要采用稳健Z比分数评价法。评价统计结果显示:第一组结果满意率为89.9%,最小值1.15 mg/L,最大值1.36 mg/L,中位值1.29 mg/L,检测结果中位值与标准值的相对误差为-1.5%;第二组结果满意率为87.4%,最小值1.05 mg/L,最大值1.18mg/L,中位值1.09 mg/L,检测结果中位值与标准值的相对误差为-2.7%,测量中不存在系统误差。
Proficiency testing is an important technical means for accreditation organizations, supervisory aumormes and clients to appraise the laboratory capacity and stability. To test and verify the reliability of total phosphorus in water, the institute for environmental reference materials ministry of environmental protection organized 240 laboratories, which is randomly divided to two groups. The evaluation of the test results of each laboratory is mainly based on the robust Z score method. The.statistical results indicates:the satisfaction rate of the results of the first group is 89.9%, with the minimum value is 1.15 mg/L, the maximum value is 1.36 mg/L and the intermediate value is 1.29 mg/L, the deviation of the intermediate value to the standard value is -1.5%; the satisfaction rate of the results of the first group is 87.4%, with the minimum 1.05 mg/L, maximum 1.18 mg/L and median 1.09 mg/L, the deviation of the intermediate value to the standard value -2.7%. The system error does not exist in measurement.
