摘要
基于海洋产业部门的发展现状,从劳动生产率、比较劳动生产率、就业弹性系数方面分析了2005—2014年海洋产业部门的就业特征及差异。研究发现:1海洋产业部门的高劳动生产率和A值是海洋产业有利于吸纳就业的重要特征;2海洋产业部门间比较劳动生产率差异性明显,与传统海洋产业相比,新兴海洋产业比较劳动生产率较高,就业人口由传统海洋产业向新兴海洋产业流动,强化了新兴海洋产业的就业效应。3传统海洋产业在吸纳就业方面依然扮演着重要的角色,但新兴海洋产业吸纳就业的潜力在逐渐增强。4根据海洋产业部门吸纳就业的潜力和10年间平均就业人数将主要海洋产业部门划分为高度吸纳型海洋产业、中度吸纳型海洋产业、低度吸纳型海洋产业三种类型。
Based on the marine industry sector development present situation, from the labor productivity, comparative labor productivity, the employment elasticity coefficient, this paper analyzed the employment characteristics and differences of marine industry sector from 2005 to 2014. The resuits showed that: ①The high labor productivity and a value of the marine industry sector were important features of the marine industry in absorbing employment. ②The difference of comparative labor productivity between the marine industry sector was obvious. Compared with the traditional marine industry sector, the new marine industry sector was relatively more high in labor productivity. It promoted the employment of the population from the traditional marine industry sector to the emerging marine industry sector flows, and strengthened the emerging marine industry sector employment effect. ③The traditional marine industry still played an important role in absorbing employment, but the emerging marine industry to absorb the employment potential gradually increased. ④According to the marine industry sector to absorb employment potential and average employment during 10 years, the main marine industry sector was divided into labor - intensive marine industry, labor - oriented marine industry, labor sparse marine industry three types.
