摘要
通过对海洋三次产业与全国海洋产业总值进行灰色关联度分析,得出海洋第二产业、第三产业处于快速发展阶段,在海洋经济中逐渐占据主导地位的结论。然后分析了中国海洋产业发展趋势,指出了海洋产业发展面临的挑战,认为中国传统海洋产业结构升级、产业格局优化迫在眉睫,新兴海洋产业的战略地位日益重要,并提出了几点相关政策建议。
It was concluded from the grey correlation analysis of the marine three industries and the national grossocean product that the marine scond and tertiary industries and the period of rapid development and have gradually occupied a leading position in the marine economy. Then the paper analysed the development trend of China＇s marine industries and pointed out the strategic position of emerging marine industries is becoming increasingly important. Finally, a few relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
