摘要
通过建立北京市各工业行业与大气环境和GDP的灰色关联度模型,进行关联度分析。结果表明:工业行业能源消费量在一定程度上与经济发展相辅相承、相互影响。据此,提出具体转移升级路径:1将橡胶塑料制品业和化学原料化学制品制造业转移到河北,与河北省形成产业集群效应;2保留石油加工炼焦核燃料加工业、电力热力生产供应业和黑色金属冶炼压延加工业;3对非金属矿物制品业、金属制品业、汽车制造业和计算机通讯等电子设备制造业采取半保留半转移措施;4对化学纤维制造业采取就地转型升级的措施。
This paper constructed a grey correlation degree model among Beijing's each industry, the atmospheric environment and the GDP, and obtained the following conclusions by performing correlation analysis, drew the conclusion:Industrial energy consumption and economic development influence and complement each other in a certain extent. Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed as follows: ①Transforming the rubber plastic products industry and chemical raw materials, chemical products manufacturing industry to Hebei Province, forming the industrial cluster effects. ②Retaining the petroleum processing coking nuclear fuel processing industry, electricity and heat production and supply industry and ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry. ③Taking measures of "half retained half transferred" on the nonmetallic mineral products, metal products manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and computer communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry. ④Taking measures to upgrade local chemical fiber manufacturing.
