摘要
更好地实现运动康复专业人才培养目标,需要我们不断对人才培养模式进行创新与改革。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对本科生导师负责制的内涵进行探讨,对运动康复专业实施导师制的必要性和优势条件进行分析,并通过对运动康复专业本科生实施导师负责制过程中的导师遴选、指导工作开展、取得效果等方面的观察,对发现的问题及矛盾进行分析,提出可行的解决措施,旨在提升运动康复专业人才培养质量,促进专业健康发展,进一步完善本科生导师负责制培养模式,并为高等院校其他专业教育教学改革提供有价值的参考。
To better accomplish the training target of exercise/rehabilitation specialty undergraduate talents, the personnel training mode is consistently needed to innovate and reform. Using the methods of literature re- view, expert interview, logic analysis, etc. , the paper puts forward some feasible solutions based on the dis- cussion of the content of undergraduate supervisor responsibility system, the analysis of the necessity and ad- vantages of the implementation of exercise/rehabilitation specialty responsibility system, the observation of tutor selection, guidance work and achieved results in the system process, and the analysis of the problems and contradictions, in order to further improve the undergraduate supervisor responsibility system training mode, to enhance the exercise/rehabilitation specialty training quality, to promote specialty development, and to provide a valuable reference for other colleges and universities specialty education and teaching re- form.
