摘要
目的了解三级甲等肿瘤专科医院护士的组织公平感及职业承诺现状,并探讨两者之间的关系,为肿瘤护理人力资源管理提供参考依据。方法 2015年12月至2016年4月,采用便利取样法选取重庆市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的护士458名为研究对象,运用一般情况调查表、组织公平感量表及职业承诺量表进行调查。结果本组护士组织公平感总分为(3.23±0.67)分,职业承诺总分为(3.33±0.61)分,护士组织公平感与职业承诺呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论组织公平感对职业承诺有正性影响,即提高护士组织公平感对提升护士职业承诺具有积极意义,有利于稳定护理团队,改善护理服务质量,促进肿瘤护理队伍健康、稳定的发展。
Objective To investigate organizational justice and professional commitment of nurses in class III grade I tumor specialized hospital and to discuss its correlationship,in order to provide reference for the cancer nursing human resource management.Methods By convenience sampling,458 nurses were selected and investigated by general questionnaire,organizational j ustice scale and professional commitment scale. Results The organizational justice scale score was(3.23 &#177;0.67),which was in the moderate level,the pro-fessional commitment scored(3.33 &#177; 0.61),and it was in a moderate level as well.The occupational com-mitment was positively correlated with organizational justice(P〈0.01).Conclusions Organizational justice has a positive effect on career commitment,which can improve the organizational j ustice and it has a posi-tive meaning in improving nurses occupational commitment.It is beneficial to improve the quality of nurs-ing service,and stabilize the nursing team.
