动脉介入尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑血栓形成的临床效果分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的分析动脉介入尿激酶溶栓对急性脑血栓形成的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月至2014年10月洛阳市第一中医院治疗的42例急性脑血栓形成患者,随机分成对照组(21例,尿激酶静脉溶栓)与观察组(21例,尿激酶动脉溶栓),对两组患者治疗前后神经功能、生活能力及血管再通等情况进行比较分析。结果观察组总有效率、生活基本自理率高和血管再通率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动脉介入尿激酶溶栓疗法对于急性脑血栓形成具有显著疗效,可有效提高治疗效果,促进患者自理能力恢复,值得推广。
