摘要
对锌灰中可回收利用元素进行定量分析和回收,既减少了环境污染,又补充完善了锌工业流程,提升了经济效益。本文使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)方法检测锌灰中的锌、铅、镉、银元素,样品经四酸消解并除硅。在20%的盐酸介质中,于经过优化的仪器条件下测定四种元素。本方法回收率在95.0%~100.5%之间,方法标准偏差小于2.5%,该方法流程简便,检测快速,结果较为准确。
The elements in zinc ore are analysised for recycle reclamation, which reduced the environment pollute, and perfected the system of zinc industry manufacture, promoted the economic benefit. To establish the method for determination of zinc, lead,cadmium and silver element in smelted dreg of zinc ore by inductively coupted plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The samples are dissolved in HNO3-HC1-HF, excepted Si by HC104,Zn,Pb,Cd,Ag are determined in HC1 condition(20%), and then dilution constant volume by deionized water. The operational parameters adopt for matrix matching, determination of tungsten element in the optimized selection conditions. The recovery of this method within the range of 95.0% to 100.5%, and the standard deviation is less than 2.5%. The satisfactory results obtain with this sample and effective.
