摘要
对未知冶炼渣先使用X射线荧光光谱法进行成分的半定量剖析;再使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)对主要元素成分(铜、锌、铅、铁、银元素)进行定量检测,样品经四酸消解并飞除硅。在20%的盐酸介质中,于优化后的仪器条件下测定主要元素。本方法回收率在95.0%~100.5%之间,方法标准偏差小于2.4%,该方法流程简便,检测快速,结果较准确。为废弃物的回收利用提供依据。
First, detect the primary element in unrecognizily smelted dreg by X-ray .And then establish the method for determination of the primary (Cu,Zn,Pb,Fe and Ag) element in unrecognizily smelted dreg by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The samples are dissolved in HNO3-HC1- HF, excepted Si by HC104, Cu,Zn,Pb,Fe and Ag are determined in HC1 condition(20%), and then dilution constant volume by deionized water. The operational parameters adopt for matrix matching, determination of tungsten element in the optimized selection conditions. The recovery of this method within the range of 95.0% to 100.5%, and the standard deviation is less than 2.4%. The satisfactory results obtain with this sample and effective.The waste for recycling reclamation are according to information.
