盐旱交叉胁迫对商麦5226幼苗光合指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用蒸馏水培养商麦5226,设置不同浓度梯度的NaCl溶液和聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液,分别模拟盐分胁迫和干旱胁迫,通过测定分析商麦5226幼苗叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度和蒸腾速率等光合指标的变化规律,为小麦的生理生化和抗性育种研究提供理论依据.实验结果表明:随着盐旱交叉胁迫程度的加重,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均呈现先升后降趋势,细胞间隙CO_2浓度呈现出逐渐上升趋势.在盐旱交叉胁迫下,小麦幼苗表现出交叉适应性,其中BT1处理条件即1%NaCl和10%PEG-6000浓度是商麦5226盐旱胁迫逆境条件下生长的最适浓度. Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were measured and analyzed in wheat 5226 seedlings under salt stress and drought stress.The results show that,with the salt and drought intercross stress degree aggravating,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate rised first,then decreased,and the intercellular CO2 concentration rised.Under intercross stress of drought and salt,the wheat seedlings showed cross adaptability,and 1% NaCl and 10% PEG-6000 concentration was the optimal concentration for Shangmai 5226 grown under the adversity condition of salt and drought stress.
