摘要
铝(AI)是地壳中含量最丰富的金属元素,因其优良的特性,被广泛应用于人们的日常生活之中,但大量动物实验证实,长期铝暴露可导致铝在肝、骨、脑等器官内大量蓄积。本研究主要探讨铝暴露对大鼠肝脏结构和功能的影响。通过实验,观察大鼠的临床症状、剖检变化、肝脏显微和超微结构,检测肝脏脏器系数。结果表明铝暴露损害大鼠肝脏正常结构,改变大鼠肝脏正常结构和功能。
Aluminum(Al) is the most abundant metallic element in the crust. Because of its good characteristics, aluminum is widely applied in daily life. Some studies have confirmed Al in the body could damage the liver, bone, brain and other organs system in the long--term chronic ingestion of Al. This study aimed to investigate the effects of Al exposure on structure and function of rat liver. Clinical symptom, postmortem, organ coefficient, mierostructure and ultrastructure of liver were observed. The results suggested that aluminum could influence the normal structure, and changed function of liver.
