摘要
本文论述了植物铝害的发生环境和机理。认为铝害最主要是影响植物对离子的吸收,尤其是影响植物对Ca^(2+)吸收;植物缺钙后,钙调节蛋白不与钙结合而失去活性,严重影响植物一系列的生理生化过程,如DNA合成受阻、细胞膜损坏或破裂等。该文还提出改良土壤、种植耐铝作物和选育耐铝品种等防避作物铝害的对策。
This paper discusses the soil environment and mechanisms suffered from aluminium toxicity. The most important reason for aluminium toxicity is the decrease of calcium ion in plant. Because calmodulim cannot combine with calcium ion, there fore its activity lost. Many physiological and biochemical processes in plant are interrupted. The control tactic is put out, such as , impfoving the soil envirement, planting the tolerant crops to aluminium toxicjty and breeding the tolerant varieties .
