摘要
酒店管理专业实习生是当前酒店行业重要的人力资源构成及其未来专业人才的来源,毕业生的酒店实习过程也是学校人才培养的重要环节。而实习满意度又是学生实习效果的重要评价指标,它将对学生的专业学习、职业发展和就业选择等产生深刻影响。作者对全国12个城市63家高星级酒店的酒店管理专业实习生满意度的影响因素进行研究,采用因子分析和解释性回归分析构建回归模型,萃取出五个影响因子,进而通过回归分析,五个因子对实习生的满意度具有较强的解释能力,且均为正相关,其中酒店的管理与培训、教师的实习指导对自变量实习生的满意度有显著影响。
Trainees of hotel management major is one of the important parts of hotel industry human resource and a main access to professional talents reserve in the future. Thus the internship is an important process of education. The satisfaction of hotel internship has effect on their professional learning, occupation development and career choices. Therefore, the paper studies the factors that are effective to the internship satisfaction of professional hotel management. Through a questionnaire survey of trainees of hotel management major from 63 high-stars hotels in 12 cities, it gives factor analysis and interpretation of regression analysis to build a regression model, which leads to five influential factors as result. After a further regression analysis, these influential factors have strong explanation and are positively correlated with internship satisfaction, among which hotel management and training, teachers＇ guidance of the independent internship are significantly related with internship satisfaction.
