摘要
流行病学调查显示,我国≥60岁的老年2型糖尿病的患病率为20.4%。由于老年人的消化吸收功能减退,再加之血糖控制的需要,饮食不同于一般老年人群,老年糖尿病病人更易发生营养不良。研究显示,采用NRS 2002对老年糖尿病住院病人进行营养风险筛查,其中64.29%的病人存在营养风险,
