摘要
利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对江西省2010年和2015年城市效率进行测度,构建了城市效率—经济增长匹配模型,揭示江西省城市效率与经济增长的协调程度及空间耦合格局。结果表明:(1)江西省城市效率水平整体不高,平均综合效率仅达到最优水平的64%-75%。将综合效率进一步分解为纯技术和规模效率,综合效率和纯技术效率总体呈南北高中部低的分布特征,规模效率值普遍较高且分布相对均衡,纯技术效率是形成江西省城市效率空间分异的主要原因。(2)劳动力、土地、资本等要素均有较高的冗余度,江西省过度依赖要素投入的经济发展模式亟待转型。(3)江西省城市效率与经济增长协调程度有所改善,协调发展型区域居于主体地位,但区域内部差异仍然存在,加快推进赣州、吉安等原中央苏区经济发展是形成全省城市效率—经济增长全面协调格局的关键。
Using the data envelopment analysis （DEA） method, the paper estimates the urban efficien- cy in Jiangxi province in 2010 - 2015, and reveals the harmony level of urban efficiency and econom- ic growth and the space coupling pattern in Jiangxi province. Results show ： （ 1 ） The urban efficiency level in Jiangxi province is not high, the average comprehensive efficiency only reaches the optimum level of 64% -75%. The comprehensive efficiency will be further broken down into the pure techni- cal and the scale efficiency,the comprehensive efficiency and the pure technical efficiency. The dis- tribution features are the northern and southern regions are high, the central regions are low, the scale efficiency is high with relatively balanced distribution, and the pure technical efficiency are main causes of formation of spatial differentiation of urban efficiency in Jiangxi province. （2）The labor force, land, capital and other factors have a high degree of redundancy, Jiangxi province＇s economi- cal development pattern, with excessive reliance on inputs, urgently awaits to reform. （3）The harmo- ny level of the urban efficiency and the economic growth in Jiangxi province ted development regions occupy the dominant status, but the region interior improves, the coordina- difference still exists,speeding up the promotion of the economic development of the former Central Soviet Areas, such as Ganzhou, Gian, etc. , is the key of forming the pattern of the overall coordination of urban efficiency -economic growth in Jiangxi province.
