摘要
利用基于DEA模型的Malmquist指数方法,分析了中国196个主要城市在1990—2006年期间城市全要素生产率的动态变化。该研究发现,1990—2006年期间,城市全要素生产率增加了2.8%,主要来源是技术改进,技术效率变化起着拖累作用;选定期间内的全要素生产率变化呈现三个上升高峰和两个波谷特征,第二高峰期间为1996—1999年,全要素生产率改善值最大,两个下降波谷分别出现在1993—1995年与2002—2003年期间,最近城市全要素生产率变化重新走上上升趋势,这可能表明了未来几年的走势;重庆市是直辖市中全要素生产率唯一下降的,上海最高,北京次之,天津改善幅度最小;东部地区全要素生产率改善了4.6%,中部改善了2.2%,西部改善2.8%,而东北地区改善的最少,只有1.0%。本文通过实证分析认为,我国城市经济增长还处于投入增长阶段,利用效率整体较低。
Using the Malmquist index method which is based on the DEA Model,this paper analyzes the dynamic changes of China's City TFP during the period of 1990-2006. The research finds that City TFP has been improved by 2.8% from 1990 to 2005,mainly contributed by technical change with a little drag effect of technical efficiency change ;three growth peak periods and two trough periods are showed and the period of 1996-1999 owns the biggest value of TFP change ;the city of Chongqing is the only declining one in TFP among the directly governed city region,Shanghai is the largest in TFP growth,followed by Beijing and Tianjin;TFP in the East has been improved by 4.6%, while the central part 2.2%, and the West 2.8% ;the Northeast has the least result of 1.0%.
