摘要
目的分析308nm准分子光治疗斑秃(AA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年12月收治的96例斑秃患者,随机数字表法分组,各48例。对照组采用米诺地尔溶液治疗,研究组采用308nm准分子光治疗,两组均持续治疗90d。统计两组临床治疗效果、起效时间及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率91.67%(44/48)高于对照组70.83%(34/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率8.33%(4/48)与对照组10.41%(5/48)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用308nm准分子光治疗斑秃临床疗效显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of alopecia areata（AA）. Methods From January 2013 to December 2016,96 patients with alopecia areata in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group 48 cases. The control group was treated with minoxidil solution,and the study group was treated with 308 nm excimer light,and the two groups were treated for 90 days. Clinical treatment,onset time and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group 91.67%（44/48） was higher than that of the control group 70.83%（34/48）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group（8.33%（4/48） and the control group 10.41%（5/48）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of alopecia areata using 308 nm excimer light gets significant clinical efficacy,and the safety is high.
