308nm准分子光照射身体不同部位产生最小红斑量的比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究正常人不同部位的皮肤经308nm准分子光照射后,产生最小红斑量的差异,指导临床治疗剂量的选择。方法采用308nm准分子光疗仪,对50名志愿者的前臂、腹部、背部不同部位的皮肤分别进行照射。结果背部和腹部的最小红斑量相比较差异无统计学意义。前臂与背部和腹部比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论不同部位皮肤的最小红斑量有差异,临床采用308nm准分子光治疗时,应根据不同部位的最小红斑量选择适当的起始剂量,以达到最佳疗效。 Objective To compare the difference of minimal erythema dose (MED) excited by 308 nm excimer light at different body sites. Methods Three body sites, the forearm, abdomen and back, of 50 volunteers were irradiated by 308 nm excimer light and examined for MED. Results As far as MED was concerned, there was significant difference between the forearm and abdomen as well as the back, while no difference was found between the abdomen and the back. Conelusion As MED is different at different body sites, the initial therapeutic dose of 308 nm excimer light should be determined according to body sites in order to obtain best effects of treatment.
