漂白羊毛的防紫外线整理及其耐光稳定性能 被引量:3

摘要 为提升羊毛织物的白度,同时延缓其光黄变速率,采用氧化漂白和氧化/还原联合漂白工艺对其进行处理,并对漂白羊毛进行紫外线光照实验,测试其光黄变历程,探讨了漂白工艺对羊毛形貌与光稳定性能的影响;采用紫外线吸收剂UVFW对羊毛进行整理,分析了UVFW整理对其耐光稳定性能的影响。结果表明:漂白工艺在提升羊毛白度的同时,将加速其光黄变速率,同时加剧其光脆损程度;经1%(o.w.f)UVFW整理后,联合漂白处理的羊毛织物表现出较高的耐光稳定性能,光照6 h后白度仍高于氧漂羊毛织物,其原因在于联合漂白羊毛在获得较高起始白度的同时,羊毛纤维表面具有更高的表面润湿与吸附能力,有利于UVFW的吸附和扩散。 In order to improve the whiteness and decrease the light yellowing rate of wool fabric,the wool fabric was bleached by oxidation and oxidation / reduction combined bleaching process firstly,and then the bleached wool fabric was irradiated by UV light,its light yellowing process was measured,and the influence of bleaching on morphology and light stability of wool fabric was discussed. The antiultraviolet finishing of wool was treated with UV absorbent UVFW and the UVFW finishing effect on the wool light stability was discussed. The results show the whiteness of wool increases,and the light yellowing rate and light tender rate also increase. The wool fabric treated by oxidation / reduction combined bleaching process and anti-ultraviolet finishing with 1%( o. w. f) UVFW has good light stability,and its whiteness is even slightly higher than that of oxidation bleached wool fabric after UV irradiation for 6 h,which will contribute to higher whiteness,higher surface wettability and adsorption capacity to improve the adsorption and diffusion of UVFW to wool fiber.
