摘要
以30%H2O2和尿素为原料制备过氧化尿素,考查了H2O2与尿素的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、结晶时间、干燥温度与时间等因素对产物H2O2含量的影响。结果表明,合成过氧化尿素的适宜条件为:H2O2与尿素的摩尔比为1:1.1,反应温度为30℃、反应时间为30min,在-5℃结晶30min,52~55℃干燥2h,其H2O2的含量可达35%以上。对过氧化尿素的分析方法进行了探讨,通过对高锰酸钾法和碘量法的精密度以及准确度比较,得出高锰酸钾法更为准确。50℃储存24h,其分解率仅为0.17%,说明过氧化尿素比较稳定。
The urea peroxide (UP) was made up of 30% H2O2 and urea, the effect of the mole ratio of H2O2 to urea, reaction temperature, reaction time,crystallization time, drying temperature and time on the content of H2O2 were studied. The results indicated that the suitable condition of synthesize UP were as follows:the mole ratio of H2O2 to urea was 1:1.1 ,reaction temperature was 30℃ and the reaction time was 30 min. The content of H2O2 was up to 35% when the crystallization time was 30 min at subzero 5℃ and the crystallization was dried for 2 h at 52 -55℃. At the same time,the analytical method of UP was researched, by analyzing the degree of precision and the percent of accuracy of two methods, we found the method of KMnO4 was more accurate. The resolution rate of UP was simply 0.17% ,when it was storaged for 24 h at 50℃ ,which indicated the stability of UP is better.
