摘要
计算机网络的普及,使电子商务得以迅猛发展,给各国乃至整个世界的经济发展带来了新的契机,同时也给传统的贸易方式、贸易规则以及法律制度带来了新的课题。我国电子商务的发展,除了需要必不可少的技术支持和良好的经济氛围之外,更需要与之相适应的法制环境,建立必要的法律规范体系。
