摘要
"互联网+"概念的提出和实施,在为思想政治教育提供广阔平台的同时,也对思想政治教育的话语权提出了挑战。建构思想政治教育良性育人环境,建设思想政治教育高素质师资队伍,培育大学生健康的网络心态,是"互联网+"背景下思想政治话语权实现的重要途径。
The concept and implementation of ＂Internet ＋ ＂has provided a broad platform for ideological and political education, and also challenge the right of discourse in ideological and political education. To realize the ideological and political discourse right under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂,it is an important way to construct the healthy ideological and political education environment, construct high-quality teachers of the ideological and political education, and foster college students healthy network mentality.
