摘要
大多数车床加工精度检测方法的误差偏大,激光跟踪仪可解决这一问题,为此,提出一种应用激光跟踪仪进行车床加工精度检测的方法。阐述了激光跟踪仪的精度检测原理,使用平面与端点相结合的校正方法,对其定位精度进行校正,获取激光电信号坐标。设置4到6个车床加工基点,使用激光电信号跟踪基点,拟合激光跟踪仪内置算法提供的坐标值,获取基点坐标,求得基点与车床加工目标点之间的距离,实现目标点标定,以检测车床加工精度。实验结果说明,激光跟踪仪在车床加工精度检测中误差小且效率高。
Most of the lathe machining accuracy test method of big error,laser tracker can solve this problem,therefore,put forward a kind of application of laser tracker lathe machining accuracy testing method. This paper expounds the principle of the precision of the laser tracker detection,using the correction method of combining plane and endpoint for correction,the positioning accuracy for laser signals coordinates. Set up four to six lathe processing base,the use of laser signal tracking,fitting the coordinate values of laser tracker provides built-in algorithm,to obtain basis points coordinates,and the distance between the lathe machining target obtained by bp,achieve the goal point calibration,to detect the lathe machining accuracy. Experimental results indicate that the laser tracker in lathe processing precision testing small error and high efficiency.
