摘要
共同体是前工业时代的主体行为单位,而原始抵抗权则是共同体的一个重要属性。共同体的原始抵抗权,尤其是村庄共同体的原始抵抗权,在中世纪晚期的英格兰极为典型。村庄共同体的原始抵抗权并不显眼,但却一点一点腐蚀着封建制度的束缚,一步一步地为农民争取着提高权利、改善生活的机会,为近代文明的到来点亮了第一缕曙光。
The community was the main unit during pre-industrial time, while original resistance is one of the most important characteristics of community. Original resistance of a community, especially of a village community, was very typical in late medieval England. It was original resistance of village communities which are not conspicuous that corroded the bounds of Feudalism and gained rights and improved the lives of the peasants step by step, initiating an important early step toward the dawn of modern times.
